Running First Aid on Apple HDD Media First Aid found corruption that needs to be repaired. To repair the startup volume, run First Aid from Recovery. Click Done to continue.

Below the 2 option for Internet Recovery

  • Option-Command-R: Start up from macOS Recovery over the internet. Use this key combination to reinstall macOS and upgrade to the latest version of macOS that’s compatible with your Mac.
  • Option-Shift-Command-R: Start up from macOS Recovery over the internet. Use this key combination to reinstall the version of macOS that came with your Mac or the closest version that’s still available.

If First Aid cannot repair the file system while booted into Recovery Mode, then you will need to erase the entire physical drive before restoring from a backup or clone. Within Disk Utility of the macOS 10.13+ installer you need to click "View" and select "Show All Devices" so that the physical drive appears on the left pane of Disk Utility.
