Did anyone received a Trojan Virus message from Apple today, 10/30/21 asking to download an app, ,etc.?

No one received a Trojan Virus (partly because there is no such thing as a Trojan Virus) from Apple ever. You may have received a scam message pretending to be from Apple that said your phone had this malware that doesn’t exist in the hope that you would click a link in the message and provide personal information that could be used to steal your identity.
