Hi. I placed an order for the MacBook Pro almost 2 weeks ago and when I checked my bank today, the money have not been taken yet and not “reserved” either.
is that normal?

IF it makes you feel better, usually when you order from Apple, you will be charged when the item is ready for shipping. IF you login to your account you'll see a "ship by / delivery by" dates for that order. So, you can expect to be charged then...
