I have noticed that the process "nsurlsessiond" has been using a lot of bandwidth since I upgraded to Monterey. I did a clean install of Monterey, clean install of Big Sur and the problem is still there. I have caped (monthly limit) internet at home and this process unnecessarily uses my bandwidth. How can I fix this once and for all? Should I go back to Monterey from Big Sur? Thanks.

The 4th step in the whole process is as follows:
Run the # ls -la /var/folders/zz | grep nsurlsessiond command to find the specific “randomized name” directory. You’re going to need this information for the next command.
What does the specific “randomized name” directory look like? I ran the command and got a bunch of information and not sure what the specific “randomized name” directory is.
