Credit Cards Did Not Transfer Using QuickStart

My credit and debit cards did not transfer with the Apple Pay Wallet when I used QuickStart to move data from my old iPhone to an iPhone 13.

Is that normal or did I mess up some setting?

Hello cyberbiker,

Congratulations on your new iPhone! Being able to transfer content from your previous device to your new device is important, and Apple Support Communities is a great place for help!

When using Quick Start there would’ve been a prompt asking if you would like to have your payment methods in the Wallet app transfer. If the option to not transfer was selected, that would be why the card wouldn’t appear. If that option didn’t appear you will be able to re-add the card using the steps outlined in the following article.

Set up Apple Pay

Have a great day!
