iphone 13 pro not working with ford sync 4

My iPhone 13 is not working but I was told to update sync to version 4.6. Trying to do that now. Is that the version you have?

A. Pair in Park:

Try unpairing the phone. Then, pair it back. Perform this while in while in park.

If that does not work...

B. View the Owner's Manual:

See what the Owner's Manual of your car says when you read it.
