Call forwarding on all my fone data

I’m having problems my phone data is getting forwarded to another device someone else’s device I’ve researched this on Google n if I dial *#21# in to my keypad n press dial this erases it but it keeps re occurring how do I prevent this from happening this is an invasion of my privacy and is affecting me mentally help
