Keychain Migration

I upgraded my Mac Mini (2010) to the new Mini (M1). Using the migration, things migrated over except my Keychain info, and there's lots. Is there a way to transfer it as exporting the passwords from Keychain doesn't work?

Enable Keychain in iCloud:

On both Macs, perform the following:

Go to: System Preferences
Click: Apple ID (top of window)
Click: iCloud (Left side of window)
Select: Keychain (first item down)
