Shortcuts are unable to run when phone is locked

Hi Team,

I have created a shortcut to run it while battery gets charged up to some percentage. It is working dynamically till last few days. However after OS get upgraded to iOS 15 then shortcut is not working until unless if I am using mobile while charging. Could you please let me know how to sort out this shortcut issue?
