When is Apple TV + coming to nigeria ?

Any reason why the Apple TV app isn’t available in Nigeria but available in ghana? We have more Apple products here which means the Apple media team can sure have more subscribers in nigeria than ghana . !! Can some explain this please ? So unfair !!
