siri's voice becomes robotic only when reading notifications

hello, I have been noticing this issue after upgrading to iOS 15.1. I have Siri's voice set up as Italian Voice 2 and it sounds like it should. but when it has to read my notifications it turns to some weird robotic voice. I noticed it while wearing AirPods Pro so I also tried to reset them, but then I noticed it does the same robotic voice for reading notifications, both on AirPods and iPhone.

Anyone has the same issue / knows what that could be?

Hello alecmpls,

We understand that Siri's voice isn't working normally with notifications. As a test, if you try an alternate language does the same issue happen? We'd like to narrow down if this is an issue with just the one voice or multiple ones.

Change Siri voice or language
