I ordered an iPhone 13 same day delivery. Postmates/ Uber

I ordered an iPhone 13 same day delivery and I never received my phone. Order status has delivered but I didn't get anything. It's been under investigation and no one has reached back out to me, what's the update?

iPhone 13 Pro Max Delivery I ordered iPhone 13 pro max on 17th Sept and it shows delivery date between 19-26th oct. Till now, the order status is processing only. But one of my friends ordered it last week from Rogers and got it within 5 days. Will I get my phone before that or between the estimated dates?

non delivery I ordered a new phone on December 14th. It still isn't here. I got a message from UPS that it was out for delivery on December 26th. Then they didn't deliver. They made a new delivery date for the next day. This has happened every day since then. Is there any way to get them to deliver the phone? Or could I cancel the order and go pick it up at an apple store?
