My 7th gen iPad did not reboot following the latest IOS software update. I have tried to update via iTunes as instructed but am getting a 4013 error. Please help me get it restored. Thanks.

My 7th Gen iPad (128GB) has been a constant companion since COVID-19 became a controlling force in 2020. I've never had an issue with my iPad previously and it was working just fine before the last IOS update shut it down.


Viewing my iPhone for information, entertainment, Face Time, etc. just isn't the same. I just want to get my iPad up and running again. Any and all assistance is welcomed.
