My 'All Inboxes' folder disappeared from Mail — how can I get it back?

Thanks. I was able to reinstate the All Inboxes as suggested, but had a hard time removing the separate mailboxes that were there. Found that contextual menu had a Remove from Favorites item, and that took care of the leftover mailboxes.
