Why are Carriers Using Phones to Interfere w/Communication?

Previously I was restricted from communicating with anyone who had a Verizon account. It took an FCC complaint and 2 family member complaints to Verizon. Now there are some check marks being placed next to everyone I communicate with and whoever you do not check mark I am not allowed to speak to? STOP!! Literally- who is making decisions on what calls I am ALLOWED to receive and who you decide is Spoof/Spam? After paying over $1k for a phone and monthly service- why can’t I decide for myself who I want to speak to? Stop lying and be honest about your fake programs to “protect us”. Spectemur Agendo!
