Thank you for clarifying further. That sounds like the Allow Repeated Calls feature might be on. You can check for that by going to Settings > tap your specific Focus you want to customize > People. Once on the People screen, you should see "Also Allow Calls From."


Go ahead and tap that to see if Allow Repeated Calls is enabled or not. If its enabled, go ahead and turn it off and test to see if this still happens.

It appears that you might still receiving calls from three contacts while Do Not Disturb/Focus is enabled on your iPhone. We see that you recently viewed the following article before coming to Apple Support Communities: Use Focus on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch You can edit people who can reach you during Do Not Disturb/Focus by going to Settings > tap your specific Focus you want to customize > People.
