You can either do an out-of-warranty replacement of your iPhone with Apple by clicking on the Get Support link at the top right of this page or find a reputable 3rd party repair site that can do board level soldering and see if they can repair the damage caused by the moisture. Unless you iPhone was just water damage and has water dripping out of it the devices to remove water from your iPhone will be of no use (other than to make the store some money) and can do additional damage. A competent 3rd party repair site will flush the moisture out with distilled water. Sounds odd but that is the proper procedure. I've checked with my local office supply retailers and none had a a device to get water out of an iPhone.

Use a Retailer:

Take it to an Office Supply retailer. Call the retailer, asking what they have for this. The device is designed to get water of out of it. That is the way around this.
