You can either do an out-of-warranty replacement of your iPhone with Apple by clicking on the Get Support link at the top right of this page or find a reputable 3rd party repair site that can do board level soldering and see if they can repair the damage caused by the moisture. Unless you iPhone was just water damage and has water dripping out of it the devices to remove water from your iPhone will be of no use (other than to make the store some money) and can do additional damage. A competent 3rd party repair site will flush the moisture out with distilled water. Sounds odd but that is the proper procedure. I've checked with my local office supply retailers and none had a a device to get water out of an iPhone.

Apple will not pay you or give you a trade-in for a new iPhone. You can try selling it yourself for parts.
For a water damaged iPhone X that is not working I would guess $30 - $50 would be a decent price if you are going to sell it.

-------
Get the Water Out:
Take your iPhone o a retailer, seeing if they have a device that gets the water out of a phone. Retailers have these.

Use a Retailer:
Take it to an Office Supply retailer. Call the retailer, asking what they have for this. The device is designed to get water of out of it. That is the way around this.

so its for trash now ?
Can I sell it if its damage and won't work anymore anf for how much (if yes) or if I want to give it to apple to recycle it they'll pay me ??
I'm very sorry that I'm asking so many questions, and thank you so much for your support but do you have any idea for how much like 200$ is good or it will be too low or expensive ??
Okay deal thank you so much!!
That depends on whether you want to pay money for an out-of-warranty replaced of the phone through Apple or get an estimate from a 3rd party site (if they can fix it) and pay to do so. Do not trash it, bad for the environment, recycle it through Apple.
