Apple Magsafe Case Warranty

So, about a month ago (middle of September), I purchased an apple Magsafe Case from Target for my iPhone. I have not dropped by case once yet, yet my case is already cracking on all of the corners from getting the case onto my phone. I am honestly scared to drop it because I know the case will be damaged more. Target's warranty is only 30 days, and I am past that time. But I know apple offers a one year warranty on their products.

Am I eligible for the one year warranty on my case even if I bought it from target?
