After I upgraded to iOS 15.1, I’m unable to access my apps and safari while on cellular data. Is there a fix?

Safari, chrome, google maps not loading on cellular connection Hi, I have an iPhone XR (two years old) currently running iOS 14.3. If I’m not connected to WiFi and just on cellular, safari, google chrome, and google maps never load properly for me. They will just all be blank screens in their apps. If I’d go on another app like Instagram or Facebook, there’s no issue. I do not know why this is happening with just those select apps. This has been a problem prior to updating to 14.3 and it’s been an issue for about a year (at least). Any and all advice would be much appreciated. It’s very frustrating considering the other apps are working.

Can’t download apps over wifi All of the sudden this morning I can no longer download apps over wifi. I can over cellular data. I had no issue doing this last night. Restarting the phone and resetting all network settings hasn’t fixed the issue. Additionally my old iPad 2 on 10.3.3 has no issue downloading apps on the same WiFi network.
