Power system draws power from the power adapter and sometimes back to battery

This problem just started. Power system draws power from the power adapter and sometimes back to battery.

But the power adapter always stays plugged in.

Hw: MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

OS: 10.15.7

I have two different 96W power adapters with different USB-C cables same problem with both of them. Ive reseated the USB-C cable and the power adapter plug on both power adapters. I have rebooted twice with resetting the PRAM each time with command+option+P+R.

I have apple care on this machine. What other options do I have?
