i want to dowload itunes on my MacBook air and save iPhone data to my matchbook so can reset my iPhone 12 pro because i forget my passcode.please help

Read this What happened to iTunes? – Apple Support (UK) and Use the Finder to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support.

Also If you’ve forgotten your iPhone passcode – Apple Support (UK)
