iCloud account on Microsoft Surface Laptop Go (12.4", Intel Core i5, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD

Dear Apple support!

I have new model of Microsoft net book,

Microsoft Surface Laptop Go (12.4", Intel Core i5, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD)

and i can not use my iCloud mail on it! There is account, but it is not possible nor send nor receive maila from ***@icloud.com

I also have iphone and IPad mini (4), and i try to conect all devices , but, everithing is ok except iCloud mail on Microsoft netbook

Please help what is going on!

Hi gorana1,

We see you're unable to send mail from your iCloud account on your PC.

To clarify, what app are you using for email? Are you able to send and receive mail from iCloud.com/mail on a web browser? If you're using Outlook for your email, take a look over the tips here regarding adding your iCloud account to that app:

Add an iCloud email account to Outlook

Let us know those additional details, and we'll continue from there.
