Request for a refund

Dear sir/madam,

On 21/10/2021, I received the message from umobile Sdn Bhd (Telco) as below :

“RM0 UMobile: Dear customer, your usage has reached 80% of your credit limit. Pls arrange min pymt of RM99 to avoid svc interruption”

I wonder why my monthly postpaid telephone bill is suddenly so high. So I went to check my device setting, and found that my daughter had She unintentionally subscribed of the CamScanner app. Therefore, I requested for a refund from Camscanner Help at the sametime, but very disappointed that they didn't respond at all.

On 22/10/21 the next day, I tried to request for a refund on Messenger of Camscanner app but they also didn't respond.

I waited for so many days but the app developer still did not reply me. So yesterday on 30/10/2021 I go to the subscription setting again, I tried to solve or any other method on the subscription side but I still couldn't, so I contacted Google Support team again.

Please cancel my subscription and refund the annual fee of RM219.90 to me. I had no idea my daughter accidentally clicked subscription. Because he is still young, he just wants to finish the homework assigned by the teacher. This annual fee is too much burden and pressure for us. And I didn't know it and didn't use it. Please help me cancel my subscription and annual fee.

Your kind understanding and consideration is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

You ask Apple for subscription refunds, not the developer.

First confirm you have canceled any subscription automatic renewal (if you simply delete an app this does not cancel subscriptions):

Review the information in this support article by clicking on the link to learn "How to cancel a subscription from Apple." ➔ https://support.apple.com/HT202039

• "If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends."

• An existing subscription will normally continue until the end of its term and may then renew automatically. Stopping automatic renewal is effectively canceling it. "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then.

• Read the link to see what to do about subscriptions that do not appear in your list.

• Canceling a subscription does not automatically start a refund. If you want to do that:

See how to "Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple" Click here ➔ https://support.apple.com/HT204084

"If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed", click here ➔ https://support.apple.com/HT212052

If you still can't find a subscription, contact Apple Support using the link at the end of the support article.

If Report A Problem does not work for a subscription refund you may have to make a special request. Click here ➔ https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF51002&category_id=SC0060&symptom_id=23330
