How to remove 16gb of iOS files on my 2020 M1 Mac Mini`

Periodically did backups to my Mac but with 16gb used on my 512gb SSD, I would like to delete them. I have daily Time Machine backups, iCloud and Backblaze backups. Where to go to find them so can remove them?

Mac mini 2018 or later
