Order of Spotlight Results
Can you change the order of results that show up when using spotlight?

No, you cannot change the order of the results, but you can, using Spotlight keywords effectively, narrow your search, and alter the scope of the results.
I also configure the Finder Preferences > Advanced panel to When performing a search: [ Search the Current Folder ]. Then, when using a regular Finder window's search field, it will focus the search in the currently selected folder location, and then offer an additional This Mac location for places outside of the current folder.
