Does this computer have more than one User Account. Is the account being used to install Monterey an Admin Account. Only an Admin Account will be able to give permission to upgrade the computer.

The Installer is asking for the password associate with the Computer Password.
Usually, the User ID is associated with your Apple ID with Apple. That is not the same as Computer account
A1. Yes. There are two accounts in this computer.
A2. Yes. Admin Account was used.
When I tried w/ another account, it didn't work as well.
If you let me know how to start over, that would be appreciated.
