Printer menu on Monterey
When I installed Monterey the printer menu was changed. The 4X6 and 5X7 note card options were lost.

I see the same issue, Calendar is loading the paper sizes for the Generic PPD instead of the active printer. Apple needs to fix this, and sending them feedback would be helpful:
I was able to establish a work around by making the paper size I wanted and getting it on the printer menu. I had to use a program which gave me the option of making a custom size paper to do this. It would have been better if the paper sizes used by the printer had not been changed. I have sent feedback to Apple about this issue.

I am trying to print out of Calender. Under High Sierra and older Operating systems I had the option of using 5X7 cards. Monterey does not give me that option. I have the option for other applications.
They were shown on the drop down menu under the paper heading. Before the choices were 4X6, 5X7 8X10 as well as US letter and US legal. Under Monterey the 4X6 and 5X7 choices have been replaced by choices such as Tabloid and ROC 16K. I want the 5X7 choice back.
Where were those paper sizes shown on previous systems? Has Calendar changed?
