I am trying to utilize the PIP feature on TickTock with the iPhone SE and cannot get the video to pop out how do I do that

Apps have to support Picture-in-picture to use the feature. TikTok doesn't support PiP at this time, but you can try the feature with other apps and websites, like Apple TV and Twitch.
