Unable to install iTunes

I recently updated my MacBook Pro to Mac Monterey 12.0.1 after which I dowloaded iTunes from apples website versions (12.8.1, 12.8.2, 12.8.3) all the three version show this error message "This update requires macOS version 10.13.99 or earlier." If anyone has a breakthrough please help me.

Thank you
