iTunes subscription (student account)
Good afternoon,
I am contacting you because of a mistake that must have happened. I've always had a student account, as I study at the university and I activated it through my student e-mail address. However, on October there was some misunderstanding and my account has automatically changed to “casual” (5,99€ per month). This problem is now solved because I already got the refund, but when I want to re-active my student account and I write down my student e-mail address (****@ student.ukf.sk) it says that it is already being used by someone else and therefore I cannot activate my subscription as a student. I repeat that I do not have any subscription now. Can you please help me to solve this problem?
