Apple Card transactions denied - Over Spend Limit

I had added my daughter to my Apple Card as "Participant" and updated to "Co-Owner" when she turned 18. Since the update, now all her transactions using Apple Card (ApplePay and Physical) are getting DENIED with an error "Over Spend Limit". When she was a participant, I never had any Spend Limit set on her account. Transactions worth a cent are also getting denied with the same error.

I have been calling Apple Card Support for almost a month now trying to get this rectified to no avail. We have tried every possible thing on our side power on/off the iPhone, iPhone update to latest iOS, remove and re-add Apple Card, Requested New Card Number all resulting with same error.

Has anyone gone through this issue? Apple Card support people are clueless and have tried escalating to "Senior" which seems to be a total cr@p show as the SLA for someone to even acknowledge that complaint is 10 days.

All help from community will be appreciated

Thanks and Regards
