I’m trying to turn my daughters iPhone in for repair but I’m unable to turn off “find my iPhone” because it is damaged.

I need to turn this off prior to sending her phone in for repair.

Go to https://icloud.com/find logging in with her Apple ID; erase the phone, then remove it from her account.
