Why doesn't my visa gift card decline when i'm trying to buy something? I have more than what I am trying to add and its all registered.

Here's how you can add funds. However, I suspect that a gift card may not have all the identifying information to qualify as a proper bank card. You can try but if it is rejected then that's probably why.
- Add a payment method such as a credit or debit card to your account. This takes the previous payment method one step farther by optionally using it to irreversibly add balance to an Apple ID instead of having the card charged each time.
