Apple Arcade Under Kids Apple ID - how to cancel?

I just received a bill for Apple Arcade linked to my 9 year old’s Apple ID.

Bow do I cancel this? His info within setting is greyed-out.

iPad (6th gen) WiFi, Cellular

thank you, as I wasn’t sure, and it has been driving me nuts:) I believe I have found the solution. I need to disable iOS restrictions, which will then allow me normal access to subscriptions within settings on the iPad.

I appreciate your assistance.

You will need to get him to cancel the subscription from his device/account as shown in How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support.

Thanks, but canceling subscriptions is easy when you can go to settings on an iPad, select the name to see subscriptions. However, it is not possible to do so.
