Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I know how to use automations. I have used them successfully with other triggers. However, when I create an automation based on receiving an email, it does not trigger. I have tried basing it on "sender" or "subject contains." The email comes in. It appears in my Mail app. It satisfies the requirement. But the automation NEVER triggers.
It should be simple. What am I missing? Thanks.

OK. I set up another. I immediately restarted the iPhone. It worked. I modified the email trigger. It stopped working. Then I restarted the iPhone. and it worked. So it seems like a restart is necessary after editing it.
And then I find out that these email triggers are not truly automatic anyway...always asked to run!?! FRUSTRATED, but I figured it out.
