Shortcuts won't send my email

I have a shortcut that prompts for a few pieces of information, rolls it up into a Text and also to make a Subject for an email.

Prior to iOS 17, it worked fine. It still works fine on MacOS 14.2.1. But on iOS 17, including iOS 17.3, it does not work. It simply hangs at the send email step. I have to stop the shortcut from executing. An hour or two later, an unsent draft of the email will show up, but by then I have moved on.

there's nothing wrong with the script to that point. If I put an alert in place of the Send action, the message shows up correctly with all variables interpolated. If I do a copy-to-clipboard that works too. But Send email does not work.

Again: this was totally fine on iOS 16 and works on MacOS. It is a bug in IOS 17.
