Unknown device using Apple ID
I just received a notification on my iPhone that my Apple ID was being used on a Mack book pro and if it was me to ignore it. But it wasn’t me… please help

One of two things is happening. The fraud alert message is a fraud, or your Apple ID and password are known. Or one of three things, if you also have a Mac and just did an update or upgrade, as sometimes that will trigger these messages.
The fraudulent messages are usually trying to get you to click on an embedded link and enter your Apple ID and password into an “Apple” login portal. That would be bad.
If you’ve somehow exposed your password, or re-used your password: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
Enable two-factor authentication, if that’s not already enabled.
