Delay lock screen after updated ios 15.0.1

Dear Sir/Madam,

Could you please help me a bit for my problem?

After I updated ios 15.0.1, my iphone 12 was delay closing screen around 1-2 sec after push power button.

Take steps --> If a button or switch isn't working on your iPhone or iPad

Hi, it has nothing to do with dirt or cases. I verified all of that and it still has that delay. Can you please advise if this is a new feature or just on error? Thank you!
