vibration while charging
I can feel my MacBook Air vibrating around the trackpad while charging. is it harmful for laptop?

You need to get the computer checked by an authorized service center.
The problem may be with grounding of the outlet, building wiring, charger, cable, or computer. You can try a different outlet or building to see if the symptoms remain.
