Hi, I downloaded the driver from GitHub https://github.com/360Controller/360Controller/releases for my Xbox 360 Wired controller and it doesn't work. No devices are detected is always the error message. Can someone please advise?

Since it was written for Catalina, it might not work in Big Sur. Requirements for kernel extensions changed for Big Sur. Ask the developer.
M1 Mac? You have to set Reduced Security in Startup Security Utility. Also, same as above.
