Add account to health records in Health app

I used to be able to link my health data from Dignity Health to Apple’s Health app. I get an error message as shown in the screenshot below. Ever since Dignity Health revamped their health portal to using Cerner/Okta a couple months ago, I can’t get Apple’s Health app to open up the login page for Dignity Health. Is this an issue on Apple’s end or Dignity? Is there any other way I can sync my health data to the app?
