Laggy bluetooth in MacBook Pro M1 Pro

Hi everyone!

I have some issues with Bluetooth with my new MacBook Pro M1 Pro. I have a Magic Keyboard and Mouse and some nice Surface Headphones, but something's not working with Bluetooth, and once of the 3 is usually laggy.

It is specially annoying in the headphones, as I cannot understand people during calls, and I have to restart them all the time.

Anyone having the same experience?

My headphones work fine on my mobile and they were also working on my previous MacBook Pro. I waiter for a patch for Big Sur (I'm currently on version 11.2.3) but it didn't help. I restarted the Bluetooth module and deleted all devices but that didn't help either. I don't know what else to do. My Bluetooth keyboard and mouse are working fine from day one, they only start to lag and stutter when I connect headphones. Headphones usually work fine for about 3 minutes and then they start to glitch audio and slowing my mouse and keyboard. I tried to have only headphones connected but I got the same problem. Is there anyone else or is my unit broken?

M1 Mac Mini Bluetooth going mad after 11.5.2 My M1 Mac mini started to loose bluetooth connections every other minute. The issue started with 11.5.2 update. Issues detected with Magic Mouse 2, Logitech MX keys and lot of bluetooth speakers. They all loose connection at the same time. Is it only me ? I did't find anything on the subject.

Bluetooth disconecting randomly Has e=anyone had this issue? I have a 14 inch M1 pro MacBook pro when I got it this did not happen, but in less than a month, the Bluetooth has consistently been disconnecting for seconds or minutes and then connecting back, and sometimes it just never connects. I tried disconnecting and connecting my devices, restarting the laptop, disconnecting and then restarting, powering off, and many other combinations, but I cannot get the devices to work. It is not the Bluetooth chip because as I mentioned, it connects and works for a moment, or a little while, then it just stops out of nowhere. Has anyone had this issue in the newer models? (yes my system is up to date I kept experiencing this issue on MacOS Monterrey 12.3.1)
