Please try restarting the computer in Safe Mode ( Safe Mode )and then restarting normally and test it. If the problem continues after the Safe Mode restart please do the following :
Please do the following in this order:
·Uninstall all (insert printer manufacturer name of your printer) software, put in the Trash and empty the Trash.
·Please reset the printing system per Reset the Mac printing system to solve a problem
·Next, follow the instructions in Adding a printer
