My phone says iPhone disabled connect to itunes

My phone is disabled and it says connect to iTunes but i don't know how to do that?

You need a computer, either a Mac, or a windows PC with iTunes for windows, and the Apple ID password.

NB it will wipe the phone, no option.

Borrow a computer or take the phone to an Apple Store where they may do it for you.
