Someone has taken control of my Apple ID

Someone has taken control of my Apple ID, my App Store is dissapeared and I think they’ve jail token my device somehow and installed their malware on my phone, this all started when I downloaded an update online on my phone through settings. Every time I try to send an email to u guys for help they turn off the server I’m using and won’t allow Apple to contact me or vice versa, I received a warning when I changed my Apple ID ow that someone was accessing my acc from Darlinghurst (not me) I think they are remote viewing my screen somehow as they are always able to stop me from getting in contact with you guys through email and business msg. How do I download the latest iOS and not the crap they keep feeding me. There is 15.2 out but they are forcing me to do an update called 15.1 which is malware I think plz help

If an app or feature on your device is not working, it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by an IT administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution. See how to 'Use Screen Time on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch' by clicking here --> https://support.apple.com/HT208982

I don't work for Apple so I can't say for sure. You'll need an appointment so you'll have to click on some links or at least enough to be able to read a phone number.
