my iPhone 12 pro max has been stolen in 18 July 2021 , until now i didn't get it back
so i want to be sure if it is in lost mood or the thief has opened my stolen iPhone .
can i make it Block cuz it still offline in find my iPhone.
help me plz.

We cannot do any of those things; we are just other users. Location tracking is not done through the imei number anyway. You can log into your iCloud by going to iCloud.com.
