i dropped my iphone in the toilet. had to buy a new one because it wouldn't come on. There has to be a technican to get it to work, i have all my pictures on there. My apple watch still works that is connected though.

Water damage is usually permanent and if you don't sync your photos with iCloud or didn't routinely back up your iPhone, you're not likely going to get your photos back.
Did you not sync with iCloud? Go to www.icloud.com sign in with your Apple ID and Password and if you synced photos with iCloud, they'll be there.
The time to ensure you don't lose data is BEFORE catastrophe occurs.
I also went to the apple store and the person trying to help said he could tell it was still working but screen wont turn on. Went to ubreakifix and said i'd need to talk to apple support.
