how to downgrade the OS

I recently updated the OS 15 but i would like to downgrade to OS 14 as Tiktok app is not working for me with this new updated OS 15. So Please guide me to downgrade the updated OS in my Iphone 11.

Apple does not support down-grading. Have you tried restarting the phone? You might also try a Forced Restart...
