Can't disable iCloud Look Me Up feature

I downloaded an app on my phone called MinimaList that I can't remove from iCloud Look Me Up. I also disabled this same option on my iPhone. This is a two-fold question.

1) How do I disable this feature/checkmark?

2) Why do I still see apps on Look Me Up that I removed from my iPhone. I don't have Habit Tracker or MinimaList on my phone.

Thanks

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6

To fix this I had to login to icloud.com > click on my name in the top right > Settings > click manage apps that can look you up in the bottom right to uncheck it.
