Swipe down menu

My swipe down during an open page gives me notifications, it used to give me the control panel but instead it gives me the notification windows? Solved !!

Somehow I lost the ability to swipe up for the control center or swipe down for notifications. Somehow I lost the ability to swipe up for the control center or down for notifications. I’m sure it’s something easy but I can’t figure it out.

Swipe down from the upper right corner to get the Control Center.
